Ramesh Padmanabhan, Director of GLS India has about 25 years of experience and worked in companies including MNTI, Aptech, IIHT, Wipro, HPE, QUINT, RPS, and now in Red Hat. He started as a Lecturer, moved on as Faculty, Tech Head, Center Head, Sr. Trainer, Implementation specialist, POC specialist, Delivery Head, and later moved to Sales job. For the last 15 years, he is purely in Sales job and worked in the capacity of Country Head, Country Manager, CEO, and Director. His primary skills being Customer focus, CSAT, On-Field and never say NO for any challenging situation. He is also among motivational speakers addressing several occasions in the industry and the engagement level has been very high. He believes in "do our basics right" hard work and smart work and strength have been consistent. He insists on excellence the main reason for his success.
